INTRODUCTION
I am an experienced marketing professional with expertise in digital marketing and creative strategy, concentrating in project management and analytics. In everything I do, my priority is to always approach things with emotional intelligence, proactiveness, and strategic analysis. Along with process improvement, I am most passionate about people development. This includes mentoring/coaching individuals on my teams, but most importantly, making sure I am learning from others as well. My core passions can be described simply as my 3 F's: Family, Food, and Fútbol (soccer). There's not a family member I wouldn't lend a helping hand to, a food item I wouldn't try, and a fútbol (soccer) game I wouldn't watch!
Family
I am the eldest of my 2 siblings-- one sister and one brother. The large age gaps in-between siblings have required me to take on many responsibilities at a young age. As such, I have been granted the title as the "second mother". To this day, that is one title that I take most seriously in my life.
Culture
I have a unique background in that my family celebrates both Lao and Vietnamese cultures. Both of my parents immigrated from their respective home countries and became naturalized US citizens. I'm very proud of my family's history, and of the fact that we always try to combine the best of our Asian and American cultures in everything we do.
Sports
I'm an avid soccer lover that's passionate about everything about the sport! I've been a player (15+ years), coach (6 years), recruiter (1 year) and lifelong spectator. I attribute a lot of who I am to what I've learned on and off the field. Beyond that, I enjoy staying active and learning about/experiencing new sports and activities. To say I'm "competitive" is an understatement!
